Vinetele coapte (la cuptor, pe o tabla pusa direct pe
flacara ochiului de la aragaz sau pe gratar) se conserva foarte simplu la
congelator , ele sunt insa foarte perisabile si devin amare in timp. De aceea trebuie
sa fiti foarte atenti la felul in care le pastrati.<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<strong>Daca le gatiti in aceeasi zi sau cel tarziu a doua zi</strong>, pastrati
vinetele netaiate si fara a le fi spalat inainte in frigider, intr-o punga de
plastic, pentru ca isi vor pierde gustul.<br />
<b>Cand nu le gatiti in aceeasi zi</b>, ar fi indicat sa le congelati.
Se pun vinetele taiate felii pe gratar, dupa care se sareaza si se randuiesc la
borcan . Apoi se acopera cu ulei pentru ca in acele goluri apar probeme de
fermentare. Lasati deasupra loc cam de doua degete si puneti in spatiul liber ulei.
Inainte de consumare aruncati uleiul din borcane.</div>

O alta metoda de pastrare a vinetelor are la baza vinetele
pregatite ca pentru salata de vinete. Coaceti, curatati si scurgeti bine
vinetele apoi portionati-le in pungi pentru congelator si eliminati aerul din ele.
Daca aveti aparat de vidat pungi nu ezitati sa-l folositi.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Eu prefer sa pregatesc vinetele pentru iarna coapte in
cuptor in loc sa le prajesc, acestea din urma avand un gust poate mai bun dar prin
prajire in vinete se dezvolta substante toxice si cancerigene deci nu prea sunt
indicate sa le consumati.</div>

Am copt vinete de curand dar am uitat sa pun si niste
ardei la copt…sigur o sa va povestesc si despre asta la momentul respectiv.Voi
cum conservati vinetele pentru iarna?</div>

Durata acestei etape este direct proportionala cu cat ti-ai propus sa slabesti. Se pot consuma 5 zile proteine plus legume si 5 zile doar proteine, dar se pot chiar alterna: o zi/o zi.<br /><br /><strong>Legumele permise sunt urmatoarele: </strong>rosiile, castravetii, ridichiile, spanacul, sparanghelul, prazul, fasolea verde, varza, ciupercile, telina, fenicul, toate tipurile de salata inclusiv andiva, vinetele, dovleceii, ardeii.
